For Oral Presenters
- The presentation language is English.
- Please prepare your presentation slides in PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) format and bring the file on a USB flash drive.
- A PC Preview Desk will be available in the session room. Please upload your presentation slides at the PC Preview Desk at least 30 minutes before your scheduled presentation.
＊＊Important Note:＊＊
Due to venue arrangements, the PC Preview Desk will open at 8:45 AM. Presenters scheduled for the first session of the day are therefore strongly encouraged to upload their presentation slides on the previous day whenever possible. - If you plan to use your own laptop for your presentation, please bring it to the PC Preview Desk in advance to check the connection and presentation setup.
- A 16:9 aspect ratio is recommended for presentation slides; however, 4:3 is also acceptable.
For Poster Presenters
- Posters must be prepared in English.
- Please prepare your poster so that it fits within the poster board dimensions:2,100 mm (H) × 900 mm (W)
- Recommended poster size: A0 (841 mm × 1,189 mm)
- Please mount your poster on the board displaying your assigned poster number.

Setup: 9:00–11:00
Poster Presentation: 17:35–18:35
Removal: 18:20–19:00
PT01–PT23 — November 3
Setup: 9:00–11:00
Poster Presentation: 17:30–18:30
Removal: 18:30–19:00
Please ensure that your poster is removed during the designated removal period. Any posters remaining after the removal period may be disposed of by the Secretariat.
