Name Badges
For participants who completed their registration by 13:00 (JST) on October 23, 2026, personalized name badges will be prepared in advance.
Please collect your name badge at the registration desk upon arrival.
Participants who registered after 13:00 (JST) on October 23, 2026, will receive a blank name badge.
3. Information for Speakers
All speakers are kindly requested to review the Speaker's Instructions before arriving at the conference venue.

4. Program
The program is subject to change up until shortly before the conference. Please be sure to check the latest version of the program before attending.

5. Lunch and Refreshments
Lunch boxes, coffee, and other refreshments will be provided from November 2 to 4.
In addition, on November 2 and 3, we will have a special relaxation break before the poster sessions, during which participants can enjoy Japanese sake and other beverages.
We hope you will take this opportunity to relax and network with fellow participants.
6. Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner is a ticketed event, and advance registration is required.

7. Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available at the venue. Participants with an eduroam account may also use the eduroam network.
8. Cloakroom Service
Please note that cloakroom service will not be available due to venue limitations. We kindly ask participants to bring as little luggage as possible.
9. Photography During the Conference
Our local staff will be taking photographs throughout the conference to capture memorable moments. Selected photographs may be published on the official conference website after the event.
If you do not wish to have your photograph published, please inform the local staff photographer at the venue.
